RESOLUTION NO. 366 (RAS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DESIGNATING
THE CITY CLERK AS THE SECRETARY TO THE
AGENCY.
WHEREAS, by City Counc~l Ordinance No. 1202 (CCS), the
City Counc~l of the C1ty of Santa Monlca designated the Clty Clerk
to be the Secretary of the Agency; and,
WHEREAS, in order to update Agency bank s~gnature cards,
~t ~s necessary that the Agency rat~fy, by resolution, the designatlon
of the City Clerk as Secretary to the Redevelopment Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOP~1ENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Monlca 1S
hereby designated as the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the
Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 2. The Secretary shall certlfy to the adoptlon of
th~s resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall be ~n
full force and effect.
