The regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 7:30 p.m, by
Chairman Bambrick and roll was called"

Ann Shore, Recording Secretary
Presented for consideration was a proposed contract submitted by the United States
Condominium Corporation for the development of low and moderate income elderly housing
units, pursuant to the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement approved by the Redevelopment
Agency on February 26, 1980. Mrs. Reed moved to adopt Resolution No. 362(RAS) entitled
"RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE
SETTING OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY
IN THE OCEAN PARK REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT r(b} TO UNITED STATES CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION,lI
setting a joint public hearing with the City Council for June 24, 1980, at 7:00 p m.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Jennings. and approved by the following vote:
AYES: Vannatta Goldway, Jennings, Reed, Scott, van den Steenhoven, Bambrick
NOES: None
ABSENT: Rhoden
There being no further business of the Agency, a wotion to adjourn was made by
Mrs. Reed and seconded by Mr. Jennings. Members unanimously approved the motion by
voice vote, and the meeting was adjourned by Chairman Bambrick at 7:38 p.m.
