April 14, 1981
The special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 7:40 p.m,
by Chairman Bambrick.

Proposed Amendment to Coastal Development Permit A-318-76
Issued March 3, 1977, and Amended October 28, 1980
Ocean Park Redevelopment Project
The Executive Director read aloud a written communication from Lincoln Property
Company requesting continuation of this item. Due to a new City Council, the
proposed amendment and its long-term implications, it is the Redeveloper's opinion
that the proposed amendment should be voted on by the four newly-elected Council-
members as well as the three remaining Councilmembers.
Member Rhoden moved to continue the item. Second by Chairwoman Pro Tem Vannatta
Goldway. The motion was approved by the following vote:
AVES' Vannatta Goldway, Jennings, Reed, Rhoden, Scott, Bambrick
There being no further business before the Agency, a motion to adjourn was made by
Chairwoman Pro Tern Yannatta Goldway and second by Member Rhoden. At 7:45 p.m.,
Chairman Bambrick declared the special Agency meeting adjourned.
