Genser moved to amend the monon to include Secnon 9.04 08 16070 relanng to

for parcels bounded by 4th Court, 5th Court, Colorado Avenue, and WIlslnre Boulevard, the
maxunum heIght shall be six (6) stories, seventy-six (76) feet, with a maxnnurn commercIal
FAR not to exceed 2.5. For such projects, no more than 20% of the second floor shall be
devoted to retaIl uses and the fifth and SIXth floors shall be devoted entIrely to reSIdentIal uses,
the top floor may contain a restaurant, provided that the same amount of square footage occupied
