to adopt ResolutIon No 8703(CCS) entItled "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF A PARADE
ON DECEMBER 27, 1993 ON A ROUTE OTHER THAN THE OFFICIAL CITY PARADE
ROUTE". readmg by title only and waIving further readmg thereof. Second by
Councllmember Olsen DISCUSSIon was held Member of the public Ron Cano spoke III
support of the proposal The motIon was approved by the followmg vote
