Council~e~ber Conn moved to hear members of the public for th~ee minutes each. Second by Councilmember Reed. The motion was approved by unan~mous vote. Discussion continued. Councilmember Press requested that the record reflect that under ~o circumstances would she vote for this project unless the affordable nouslna was on the site of the nroJect.
