LINCOL~ ?ROPERTY COMPfu~: A speclal ]Olnt meetlng of the Clty
Councll and Redevelopment Agency was held for the purpose of
presenting a publlC hearing on the off-site amenities resulting
from a settlemen~ agreement with LIncoln Property Ccmpany. The
staff report was presented. Councllwember Zane moved to hear
members of the publ~c for three mlnutes each. Second by
Council~enber ~eed. The ~otion was approved by unanlmous vote.
The followl~g persons spoke in regard to the matter: Karin ?aliy,
Sherman L. Stacey, Wayne Hall, ~rs. Robert E. Lee, Bernice
~arshall, LiuciJa Baskauskas, Llnas Baskauskas, C. J. Jones, DaVld
Schechtnan, Susan Cloke, Patrician ~cCarthy, Phllip Anaya, Roberta
Schulnan a~d Harry Shearer. (Mayor ?ro Tempore Edwards entered at
7:55 P.~.) ~iSc~ssIon was held. Councilmember Zane moved ~o have
staff cevelop a work plan and to lnclude, as part of the plannlng
process, a ~eeting in the Ocean Par~ nelghborhood WhlCh would be
facilitated by alternative schematics for comments by nenbers of
the public in regard to specific virtues or deficiencies of
different ldeas. Second by Mayor Yannatta Goldway. The motIon was
approved by the following vote:
