Presented was a proposed agreement with United States Condomininium Corporation
to faCIlItate development of a 60-unit elderly housing proJect at Barnard Way.
The staff report was introduced by Director of Redevelol1ffient John Herner. Dis-
cussion was held. Member Conn moved to approve the agreemen: ,authorize the
ChairwaT~ to execute,and direct the .Agency Treasurer to establIsh a reseT\re
fund in the amount of $347,000 In accordance wIth the agreement. Second by
Member Zane. The motion was approved by the following vote:

i\1ember Jennings requested that the record reflect that If this matter returns
to the agency one more tlffie, he will vote against It.
There being no further business before the agency, a motlon to aaJourn at 7:56 P.\!.
