7:30 p.m.! Tuesday, February 28, 1978
The Parking Authority of the City of Santa Monica met in Joint Sesslon wlth
the Santa Monlca City-Council at the above-named time and place.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Donna O. Swink, Seymour A. Cohen, John Bambrick, Christine
Reed, Perry Scott, Nathaniel Trlves, Pleter van den Steen haven
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: James D. W,lliams! City Manager
Richard L. Knickerbocker, City Attorney
Stanley E. Scholl, Director of General Services
James J. Wrenn, Parking & Traffic Engineer
The Parking Authority portion of the joint meeting was convened by Mayor Swink
and roll call was taken. A resolution authorizing the exchange of City-owned
property at Fourth and Broadway for Parcel # 197-22 in the Downtown Redevelop-
ment Project was read by the City Clerk. Mr. Cohen moved that the resolutlon
be adopted. The motion was seconded by Mr. van den Steenhoven and passed wlth
the following vote:

Swink
NOES; MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: MEMBERS: None
There being no further business before the Parking Authority, the meeting was
adjourned by Mayor SWlnk.
