Speclal Meeting
7:30 p.m.~ Tuesday~ Aprl1 25~ 1978
The Park1ng Authority of the Clty of Santa Monica met in Joint Session with
the Santa Monlca City Councll at the above-named time and place.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Donna O. SWlnk, John Bambrlck, Seymour A. Cohen, Chrlstlne
Reed, Perry Scott, Nathaniel Trives, Pieter van den Steenhoven
MEMBERS ABSENT'

Stanley E. Scholl, Dlrector of General Services
The Parking Authority portion of the concurrent meeting was convened by Mayor
Swink. A recom~endation for approval of an agreement with Southern California
Edlson Company for relocation of utility lines for the Downtown Redevelopment
Project was read by the City Clerk. Mr. Trlves woved that the jOlnt resolution
be adopted. After a brief discusslon, durlng WhlCh Mr. Knickerbocker answered
questions from the Council, the motion was seconded by Mr, van den Steenhoven
and passed with the fo11owlng vote:

There being no further business before the Parking Authorlty, the meeting was
adjourned by Mayor Swink.
