SPECIAL MEETING
7:20 P.M., Tuesday, March 10, 1970
The Parking Authority of the City of Santa Hon~ca met in
Special Session at the above-named time and place. The Pledge of
Allegiance and the Invocation were given.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Anthony Dituri, Virgil Kingsley, John McCloskey,
Kenneth Wamsley, Herbert Spurg~n
IviEMBERS ABSENT: CIo Hoover, James Reidy
ALSO PRESENT: Perry Scott, C~ty Manager
B. L. Kennedy, C~ty Engineer
Christina New, Ass~stant Clty Attorney
J. J. Wrenn, Parking & Traffic Engineer
The Not~ce of the Spec~al Meeting was served by mail on
March 4, 1970, and the original Affidavit is on file with the
Execut~ve Secretary.
Mr. Kl.ngsley moved that the resolutJ.on entitled, "A Resolu -
tl.on of the Parking Authority of the City of Santa MonJ.ca Amend-
1ng Sectl..on 5 of Contract No. 16Ft' (City Council Series) '" be
adopted~ The mot~on was seconded by Mr. Bamsley and carr~ed by
the following vote:

ABSENT:
