Mrs. Ne~1 stated that the NotLce of the Spec1al Meeting was
served ny ~ail and that the Affidavit and Notice are on f1ie 1n
the off1ce of the Parking Authority.
i'lrs. Hoover moved that the resolution ent1tled, "A Resolut1on
of the Parking Authority of the City of Santa Monica Authori2ing
the Purchase of Certain Real prooerty and D1rect1ng the Execut1ve
Secretary to Do All ThLngs Necessary to AccomplLsh Said Purchase' ,
be adooted. The motLon was seconded by Mr. rramsley and carr~ed by
the follow1ng vote:
