The Parking Authority of the C1ty of Santa Monica met ~n
AdJourned Regular session at the above named time and ~lace.
The Pledge of Allegiance was given.

I'-1r. I<inqsley moved that the m1.nutes of the Regular rieeting
held October 8. 1968 and the Special Meet1ngs held January 28,
1969, February 11. 1969 and March 25, 1969 be aporoved as pre-
sented. The motion was seconded by Mr. Re1dy and carried unan-
imously by those present.
Mr. Reidy 1nguired of the City Manager what the status of
Par~ing Structure #5 was. Mr. Scott expla1neo that he was inves-
tlgat1.ng the possibility of ut1l1zing all flve lots owned by the
Parkin'3' Authority on 4th Street north of Broadway w1th the possi-
bllity of stores frontlng on the Broadway s1de. He further ex-
plained that lf this alternat1.ve proved feas1ble that a delay of
three to four months would be necessary to prepare ulans. Other-.
wise plans for Structure #5 uti11zing only four 50 x 150 ft.
parcels were nearly ilnlshed and could be completed withln two
wee~{s .
Mr. Diturl asked If the lots owned by the Parking Authority
between Colorado and Broadway couldn1t be used during the Chr~stmas
season and Mr. Scott acknowledged they could if the need arose.
Upon m0t1on by Mr. Reidy. seconced by Mr. Ditur1 and carrled
unan1mously by those present~ The meeting was adJourned at
7: 30 P.II"f.
