ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
May 28, 1968 7:25 P.M.
The Par~ing Authority of the City of Santa Monica met 1n AdJourned
Regular session at the above named time and place.

The Notlce of Adjournment was properly posted and a certlficate to
that effect 18 on file 1n the office of the Parking and Traffic Engineer.
The mlnutes of the meetings of April 23 and May 14, 1968. were
approved as presented.
Mr. Wrenn read the title of prooosed Resolution #127--A RESOLUTION
OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO EXECUTE THE ATTACHED LETTER AGREEME~~ FOR THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
Mr. Re1dy moved that the Resolution be adopted, the motion was seconded
by Mr. ~arnsley, and carr2ed by the follow2ng vote:
AYES: Members: Ditur1, Hoover. Reidy, Wamsley, Spurg1n
NOES: Members: None
ABSENT: Members: Corey, Sorensen
Mr. ~renn read the title of proposed Resolution #128--A RESOLUTION
OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
TO 00 ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH SAID PURCHASE. Mr. Reidy moved
that the Resolution be adopted, the motion was seconded by Mr. Dlturi
and carrled by the following vote:
AYES: Members: Dltur1, Hoover, Re1dy, ~amsley, Spurgln
NOES: Members: None
ABSENT: Members:' Corey, Sorensen
Upon motlon by Mr. Reidy, seconded by Mr, ~amsley. and carried
unanimously, the meeting was adJourned at 7:30 P.M.
