The Parking Author1ty of the City of Santa MoniQa met in
adJourned regular session at the above named time and place.
MEMBERS PRESENT:

Park~ng Authority Member Anthony Dituri entered the meeting.
On motion by Mr. Spurgin, seconded by Mr. Wamsley, the
minutes of the Parking Authority meet1ng of March 26, 1968 were
approved as submitted.
Mr. Spurg10 read the t1tle of Resolution No. 125 (PAS) --
"A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 99 (PAS) WHICH CREATED A PARKING
ADVISORY COMJ.'1ITTEE". Follow1ng a short discussion, }fIr. Wamsley
made the motion to adopt the resolut1on which was seconded by
Mr. Corey and carr1ed by the follow1ng vote:

At 7:40 P.M. Mr. Spurgin moved to adjourn unt1l 7:00 P.M.,
