meeting ot the Parlnng Author1ty T'as ;nailed to all members on
Fel1ruary 24, 19Fi7, and an affldav1t to that effect Has on flle
10 the off1ce of the Parking and Traff1c Engineer.
The C~airman announced the only ltem on the agenda, the
uroposal of First Federal Savings & Loan A~soc1ation to purchase
Park1ng Author1ty Lot No. 5 and asked if anyone 1n the avdlence
w1shed to be heard.
Mr. Mll11am M~rtensen, V1ce-PresLdent of First Federal
Sav1ngs & Loan AssOclat1on, s00ke br1efly outlining the locatlon
of t~1e ?ro....ert1€S involved as related to 1?ro~,?erty already o'med
by h1s comnany. He stated that they T<1ere ?repared to purchase
the ~ro?erty fron the Authcr1ty ~nd the C1ty CouneLl rat11er than
to execute a transfer of 0rO?erty as pro0osed 1n earller e1SCVS-
sions.

Joslyn estate concern1ng thlS 01sPosLtlon of those lots. Mro
CockLns adviseo that the trustees apparently had no o~Jections.
I"lrs. Hoover moved that the .r~uthorl. ty a'Jprov€ the sale
of the pro~erty; that the EYe~lt1ve Secretary be author1zed to
do all th1ngs necessary to comnlete the transactlon for t~e sale
of Lot II pit, Block 95, of the To~m of Santa Hon1ca. contingent
