A special meeting of the Parking Authority was called to order by
Chairperson Conn at 6:05 p.m.
Roll Call of Parking Authority:

Authority Member Finkel moved to approve the staff recommendation
on behalf of the Parking Authority, thereby adopting Resolution
No. 204: (PAS) entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1987-88," reading by title only and waiving further reading
thereof. Second by Authority Member A. Katz. The motion was
approved by the following vote:
Authority vote: Unanimously approved 6-0
Absent: Authority Member Jennings
Councilmember Reed moved to approve the staff recommendation on
behalf of the City Council, thereby adopting Resolution No.
7558 (CCS) entitled: itA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987-88".
Authority vote: Unanimously approved 6-0
Absent: Authority Member Jennings
ADJOURNMENT:
At 6:23 p.m., the special meeting of the Parking Authority was
adjourned.
