APPEALS OF MERITORIOUS SIGNS 9-A: Recommendations to City Council regarding appeals of the Final Meritorious Sign List, and recommendation to City Council to reduce amount of time aUowed to appeUants to speak from ten minutes to three minutes; and Supplemental Report adding two additional appeals.
