to adopt Resolutions No 459 (RAS) entItled, respectively and "A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA PARKING
AUTHORITY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1998-
1999," readmg by title only and WalV1llg further readmg thereof The
