CC/HA/RA-2: MID-YEAR BL"DGET REVIEW. Presented were resolutIons of Cny CouncIl,
Housmg Authonty, and Redevelopment Agency approvmg FY 1993-94 MId-Year budget
revenue and expendIture changes Councdmember Olsen reported present at 6' 51 P M
CouncIl/ Agency/ Authonty asked questtons of staff At 6,55 PM, Mayor/Chair Abdo declared
the publIc hearmg open Member of the publIc Joy Fullmer expressed her concerns
Mayor/ChaIr Abdo closed the publIc hearmg at 6 58 P M CouncIl/ Agency/ Authonty asked
questtons of staff DiscussiOn was held Mayor/Charr Abdo moved to approve the mId-year
budget as presented WIth the addItIon of a $45,000 hne Item III the City Manager"s personnel
budget and ask the City Manager and hIS staff to determme how the Issue of publIc mfonnatlon
could best be handled and then return to CounCIl for approval. Second by
CouncIlmember/ Agency Member/CommIssioner Rosenstem DIscussIOn was held Mayor/Charr
Abdo modified her motIon that In prepanng the proposal, the City Manager should address the
capabIlity of bllmgual verbal and wntten commumcatlOll DIScussion was held The motIon was
approved by the followmg votes

FISCAL YEAR 1993-94," was adopted
