NOVEMBER 20, 1989
A Special Joint Meeting of the santa Monica City Council and City
Boards and commissions was called to order by Mayor Zane in the
East wing of the civic Auditorium, 1855 Main street, santa Monica
California, on Monday, November 20, 1989, at 7:37 P.M. (having
been preceded by an informal gathering at 6:30 P.M.).

the Joint Meeting. Representatives of the Boards and Commissions
reported on past year activities and coming year priorities.
