CLOSED SESSION: Presented was a request for Closed Sess 10n for
the purpose of conslder1ng personnel matters and threatened
Ilt1gat1on, pendIng Ilt1gat1on and Ilt1gation to be commenced by
the CIty. Councllmember Epste1n moved to adjourn to Closed
SeSSIon for the stated purpose. Second by Councllmember Conn.
The mot Ion was approved by un an 1mous vote. At 11: 00 Counc 11
reconvened W1 th f1 ve members present. Councl1rnember s Conn and
Zane absent. It was announced that no act10n had been taken
during Closed SeSSIon.
ADJOURNMENT: At 11:00 P.M., Councllmember H. Katz moved to
adjourn the meeting. Second by Mayor Pro Tempore JennIngs. The
mot1on was approved by the followlng vote:
