CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 1, 1989
A special meeting of the Santa Monica city Council was called to
order by Mayor Zane at 7:40 a.m., on wednesday, February 1, 1989,
in the Council Chambers.
Roll Call: Present: Mayor Dennis Zane
Mayor Pro Tempore David B. Finkel
councilmember Judy Abdo
councilmember Ken Genser
Councilmember William H. Jennings
Councilmember Herbert Katz
councilmember Christine E. Reed
Also Present: City Clerk Clarice E. Johnsen
CLOSED SESSION: Presented was a request for Closed Session for
the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Councilmember Reed
moved to adjourn to Closed Session. Second by Councilmember
Abdo. The motion was unanimously approved. At 9:05 a.m.,
Council reconvened. Mayor Zane announced that no action had been
taken in Closed Session.
ADJOURNMENT:
At 9:06 a.m., the meeting was adjourned.
