A spec1al meeting of the C1ty Counc1l was called to order by Mayor Swink
at 4:03 P.M.

Counc1lmember Bambrick moved to adjourn to execut1ve session, second
by Mayor Pro Tempore Cohen.
Council Vote: Unanimously approved 7-0
The meeting reconvened at 5:55 P.M. Mavor SW1nk announced that the
Counc1l met in execut1ve seSS10n and d~scussed the poss1bi11ty of
author1z1ng the C1ty Manager to appropr1ate $20,000 from the
unappropr1ated reserves of the C1ty for expedit1ng the downtown lawsu1t.
Counc1lmember Trives moved to authorize the City Manager to appropriate
520,000 from the unappropr1ated reserves for expediting the dOw~town
redevelopment lawsu1t. Second by Counc1lmember Reed.
Council Vote: Unan1mously approved 7-0
The meet1ng was adjourned at 5:57 P.M on mot1on of Councilmember Bambrick.
Second by Councilmember Trives.
