At 8:26 P.". Councllmember Reed moved to recess to an executlve seSSlon
to discuss selection of a City "anager. Second by Councllmember Bmmrick.
Council Vote: Unanimously approved 5-0

The Council reconvened at 10:59 P.)!. w1th members present as listed In
the roll call. "Iayor Pro Tempore Cohen announced that the selection
of a City Manager had been discussed and no action had been taken.
At 11.00 P.M. Councllmember Reed moved to recess the meeting until a
special call of the "ayor or the "ayor Pro Tempore. Second by Councll-
member Scott.
