The Council reconvened at 5:08 P.M. wlth all members present except

Mayor Pro Tempore Cohen announced that the selectlon of a City Manager
had been dlscussed. No action was taken.
At 5:10 P.M. on ~otion of Councilmember Reed, second by Councllmember
van den Steenhoven, the Council adJourned to a time and place certaln of
4'00 P.M., Tuesday, December 12, 1978 in the Council Chamber for the
purpose of discussion of the selectlon of a Clty ~anager.
Councll Vote: Unanimously approved 6-0
