Mayor Edwards led the assemblage in the pledge of allegiance to the United States of America. Roll Call: Present: Mayor Ken Edwards Mayor Pro Tempore Dolores M. Press Councilmember James P. Conn Councilmember David G. Epstein Councilmember Christine E. Reed Councilmember Dennis Zane City Manager John Alschuler, Jr. City Attorney Robert M. Myers Acting Assistant City Clerk Ginny Piccolo Absent: Councilmember William H. Jennings Councilmember Conn moved, Councilmember Zane seconded and the motion was unanimously approved to adJourn to Closed Session. At 11:20 P.M., Council reconvened with the following members present: Councilmember Epstein, Mayor Pro Tempore Press, Councilmember Reed and Councilmember Zane. No action was reported.
