A meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by
Mayor Conn at 7: 35 P.M., on Tuesday, January 19, 1988, in the
Council Chambers.

5S-1: DRAFT ZONING ORDINANCE STUDY SESSION: Presented was a
staff report on the draft zoning ordinance, followed by
discussion and a section by section review of the draft.
ADJOURNMENT: At 11: 00 P.M., the meeting was adjourned to 7: 00
P.M., Wednesday, January 20, 1988, to continue the study session.
The meeting was adj ourned in memory of stephen P. Jeffries I
former RAND Corporation Corporate Secretary.
