The special meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Monica, CalifornIa, scheduled for the above stated date and tIme,
convened at 4:15 P.M., in the City Council Chambers.

PROJECT ACTIONS AND REPORTS:
Projects I (a) and I (b):
HFH, Ltd. Submission of Basic Concept Drawln~s
Mr. Robert E. Getz, representing HFH, Ltd., Introduced Mr. John
Jerde, of Burke, Kober, Nicolals & Archuleta, Architects for the
Developer. Mr. Jerde then made a presentatlo~ of the proposed Gaslc
Concept Drawings for Ocean Park Projects I(a) and I(b) and replied to
the Members. questions regarding the proposed development.
The Executive Director stated that the Agency had a period of
10 days in which to approve or disapprove the plans, and the Members
agreed to meet on October 31, 1972 to act on this matter.
There being no further business to be brought before the Members,
Mrs. Hoover moved, seconded by Mr. Gabriel, that the meeting be ad-
journed. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote~ The meeting
adjourned at 5:10 P.M.
