MINUTES OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA. CALIFORNIA
October 31. 1972
4:00 P.M.
The adjourned regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Monica, California, scheduled for the above stated date and
time convened at 4:15 P.M.. In the City Council Chambers. The pledge
of allegiance was given, after which Reverend Wales Smith, Retired,
First Christian Church, gave the invocation.

Approval of HFHt Ltd. ~~sic Concept Drawin9s for
9cean Park projects I (a) and I (b)
The Director recommended that the Basic Concept Drawings for
Ocean Park Projects \(a) and \(b) submitted by HFH, Ltd. on October 24,
1972 be approved. Mr. Reidy moved, seconded by Mr. Rinck, that the
HFH, Ltd. Basic Concept Drawings for Ocean Park Projects I{a) and I(b)
be approved. Discussion followed on the proposed development. Mr. Stan
Fllnkman spoke. Mr. McCloskey moved, seconded by Mrs. Hoover, that this
matter be referred back to the Developer for reconsideration of tne
ratio of one and two-bedroom apartments and for public pedestrian
access across the Project. The motion failed to pass with the
following roll cal I vote:

Approval of Selection of Developer's Architect
and Landscape Architect
Mr. Gabriel moved. seconded by Mr. Rinck, that the Agency approve
the Developer's selection of Burke. Kober, Micolais & Archuleta, as
Architect. and Llfescapes, Inc., as Landscape Architect for the Pro-
ject. The motion carried with the following roll call vote:
