PROJECT ACTIONS AND REPORTS:

HFH, Ltd. - Review and Act Upon Schematic and Preliminary,
Construction Drawings and Landscaping Plan for Parcels 2
and 5 of Ocean Park projects I(a) and I(b)
.
The Executive Director stated that the Developer, HFH. Ltd., had
submitted the Schematic and Preliminary Construction Drawings and
Landscaping Plan for Parcels 2 and 5 of Ocean Park Projects I(a) and
l(b) on December 22, 1972 and recommended that they be approved.
Mr. Robert E. Getz, representing HFH, Ltd., answered questions re-
garding the development posed by the Members.
Mr. Trlves entered at 4:15 P,M.
Following a review of the plans by the Members wit~ Ar~hitects
Ernest Howard and Frank Wong, Hr. Reidy moved, seconded by Mr. Rinck,
that the Schemati~ and Preliminary Construction Drawings and Land-
scaping Plan for Parcels 2 and 5 of Ocean Park Projects I(a) and
l(b) be approved as submitted. The motion carried with the follow-

Mr. Gabriel moved, seconded by Mr. Reidy, that the Agency grant
the request for right of accesS to Parcels 2 and 5 of Ocean Park
Projects I(a) and J(b} by HFH, Ltd., the Developer, for purposes of
preliminary work including commencement of grading, subject to (I)
execution of e Disclaimer and Waiver of liability for issuance of a
building permit, (2) clearance by the Title Company, if necessary,
and (3) e~ecution of a hold harmless with proper insurance certifi-
cation. The motion carried with the following roll call vote:
