HFH, Ltd. - Review and act upon Final Construction
Orawinqs and Landscapinq Plan for Parcels 2 and?
?f Ocean Park Projects I(a) and I(b)
The Executive Director stated that the Developer, HFH, Ltd., had
submitted the Final Construction DrawIngs and Landscaping Plan for
Parcels 2 and 5 of Ocean Park Projects I(a) and 1 (b) on January 15.
1973 and recommended that they be approved.
Mr, Rinck moved. seconded by Mr. Gabriel, that the Final Construc-
tion Drawings for Parcels 2 and 5 of Ocean Park Projects I(a) and I(b)
be approved as submitted. The motTon carried with the following roll
call vote:
