RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO JOINT PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
vlliEREAS, the Callfornia Community Redevelopment Law
author~zes a jOlnt publlC hearlng on the proposed Rede-
velopment Plan for the Downtown Redevelopment ProJect with
the consent of the Redevelopment Agency and the City
Council of the City~
NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Monlca hereby consents to a joint pub-
llC hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan
for the Downtown Redevelopment Project, and
further hereby requests that the Clty Council
of the City of Santa Monlca consent to a joint
public hearlng on the proposed Redevelopment
Project and authorize the Clerk of the City of
Santa !lonica to establlsh a date for such hear-
ing.
2. The Executive Dlrector of the Redevelop-
went Agency shall in cooperatlon with the City
Clerk publish a~d mail L~e notice of joint public
hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Project at
the tl~e, ln the manner and with the other docu-
ments required and established by law.
3. The Executlve Dlrector shall forthwith
transffilt a copy of thlS resolution to the City
Council of the City of Santa Monlca.
