The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Monica, California, met
in regular session in the City Council Chambers, on January 23, 1968,
at 4:30 P.M.

Project I (a):
Preliminary Steps Regarding Second Installment Parcel
The Secretary requested that the meeting be adjourned to a Study
Session in Room 217 of the City Hall, for the purpose of discussing
the preliminary steps regarding the Second Installment Parcel and the
Land Disposition Program for Project I(b). Mr. Whiting moved, seconded
by Mr. Fach, that the meeting be adjourned to a Study Session in Room
217. The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote.
Mr. Harding and Mr. Reidy entered at 4:34 P.M.
At 4:35 P.M., the Members convened the meeting in Room 217.
Mr. Barnard entered at 4:45 P.M.
A Study Session was held on the disposition requirements of the
Ocean Park I{b) Project.
There being no further business to be brought before the Members,
Mr. Harding moved, seconded by Mr. ~lhitin9, that the meeting be adjourned.
The motion carried with a unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned
at 5:55 P.M.
