CLOSED SESSIONS At 8 03 pm, on order of the Mayor. the City Council recessed, and then reconvened at 8 38 pm. to announce actions taken on the following matters 1 Conference with Legal Counsel - EXisting litigation Len Doucette v City of Santa Monica, Case No CV 95-1136 WOK (Mcx) There as no formal action taken on this matter 2 Conference with Legal Counsel - EXisting Litigation Marchand v City of Santa Monica, Case No SC 036789 MotIon by Councllmember Holbrook, seconded by Councllmember Abdo, to approve settlement In the amount of $55.000 The motion was approved by the follOWing vote Ayes Councilmembers Abdo.
