PARKING AUTHORITY MINUTES

Regular Meeting
7:30 p.m.~ Tuesday, January 8, 1980
The Parking Authority of the City of Santa Monica met in regular session at
7:55 p.m. at the above-named place. The Pledge of Allegiance was given.
MEMBERS PRESENT: John J. Bambrickt William Jennings, Christine E. Reed~
Perry Scott, Cheryl Rhoden, Ruth Yannatta Goldway
MEMBERS ABSENT: Pieter van den Steenhoven
ALSO PRESENT: Charles K. McClain, City Manager
Richard L. Knickerbocker, City Attorney
Joyce Snider, City Clerk
Stanley E. Scholl, Director of General Services
Mrs. Reed moved to approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting dated
November 13, 1979. The motion was seconded by Ms. Rhoden and carried unan-
imously.
There being no further business before the Parklng Authority, on motion by
Mrs. Reed, seconded by Ms. Rhoden and carried unanimously, the Parking Authority
Meeting was adjourned.
