The Parklng Author1ty of the City of Santa Monlca met In regular session at the
above named time and place. The Pledge of Allegiance was given.

Stephen Shane Stark, Acting City Attorney
Mr. McC1a,n presented the staff report regarding the establishing of effective
days for Parking Structures 1 through 6 as Monday through Saturday, effective
January 1, 1981. Mr. Jennings moved to adopt Resolutlon No. 160 and was seconded
by Ms. Rhoden and the motion was carried unanimously.
There being no further business before the Parking Authority. on motlon by
Ms. Rhoden. seconded by Mrs. Reed and carrled unanlmously. the Parking Authority
Meeting was adJourned at 7:35 p.m.
