PARKING AUTHORITY MINUTES

REGULAR I'1EETING
7:3C P.M., Tuesday, October 14, 1969
The Parking Authority 0f the City of Santa Monica met in
Regular Session at the aoove named time and place. The Pled~e
of A11eg1ance was given.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Anthony Dituri, CIa Hoover. Virgil Kingsley,
J~hn McCloskey, James Reidy, Kenneth Ti'amsley.

Mr. Reidy moved that the Minutes of ooth the Regular Meeting
held August 26, 1969, and the Special Meeting dated Septe~ber 23,
1969, be approved. The motion was seconded by Mr. Dituri and
carried unanl.ffiously.
Mr. Wrenn read the tl.tle to a resolut1on entitled. 'A
REsolution of the Par" in; Authority of the City ~f Santa Monica
Authorl.zing the Sale of Parking Author1lY Lot Number 14 Front1n~
on Berkeley Street ~etween Pennsylvanl.a and Nebras~a Avenues to
Plastiglide Manufacturing Corporation and Authorizing its
Executive Secretary to do all things necessary, 1ncluding the
Execution of the Deed, to Effectuate the Transfer and ~aiving
the Call for Bids."
Mr. Dituri moved that the Resolution be ado?ted. The motion
was seconded ~y Mrs. Hoover and carr1ed by the follow1ng vote:
