Momca Anti-Tenant Harassment ordmance smce Its reVISIon m
July 1996, to return on January 19, 1999, WIth recommendatiOns
for public hearing on ways to improve and strength it, and with
mformatIon on any possible related changes to the CIty Charter
that could appear on the April 24-25, 1999, speCIal electiOn ballot
as a charter amendment

strengthening the Anti-Tenant Harassment Ordinance

as friendly, to authorize staff to investigate the potenttal provision
or non-provisiOn of parkmg being a form of harassment

whIch Counctlmembers have expressed an Interest, as well as
