regarding the school dlStnct"s budget deficit and school programs and

as Councirs first budget pnority to contmue workmg with the School
Dlstnct to identifY immediate short term, shortfall needed to mamtam basic
school services; and, to work wlth the dlStnct and the community-at-Iarge to
identifY on-gomg sources of income.
Motion to amend by Mayor Genser to mclude the lIfe-long learning I
program, beginning at a pre-natal stage and continues through education for
seniors in the commumty. Motion accepted as frIendly. The main motIOn

HOISTS, TO AMEND THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR
AUTOMOBILE REPAIR FACILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO ALLOWABLE OUTDOOR WORK ACTIVITIES,
LANDSCAPING, OUTDOOR HOIST ENCLOSURES AND OTHER
OPERATING CONDITIONS, TO ADD PROVISIONS RELATED TO
