SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM Presented was the staff report
recommendmg authonzatIon for the ExecutIve DIrector to negotIate and
execute an Annual ContnbutIOns Contract, m the amount of $45,000, WIth
the Department ofHousmg and Urban Development for the Farmly Self
SufficIency Program
On order ofthe Chair, the pubhc hearIng was opened Members of the
pubhc Joy Fullmer and Bnan HutchIngs expressed theIr concerns Pro Se
urged CouncIl to dIrect staff to take actIOn on the M1 Casa program There
beIng no further speakers, the ChaIr closed the pubhc heanng
