DISCUSSIon was held. Councilmember Katz nominated Alan S. Katz. Second by Councilmember Epstein. DIScussion was held. Hearing nO' other nomin atioDs, nominations were closed. Counc Ilmember Zane moved to continue thIS Item to the agenda of October 22,1985. The motion to contInue failed for lack of a second.
