called to order by Mayor Reed at 6:30 P.M., on Tuesday, January
15, 1985, In the CouncIl Chambers.

CLOSED SESSION: Presented was a request for Closed SessIon for
the purpose of consIderIng a personnel matter, having been
adjourned from the r egul ar Ci ty Counc i 1 meetIng of Januar y 8,
1985. At 6: 31 P. M., Councllmember EpsteIn moved to adjourn to
Closed Session for the purposes stated. Second by Councllmember
Edwards. The motion was unanImously approved. CouncIl
reconvened at 8:47 P.M WIth the follOWIng members present:
Councllmembers JennIngs, Katz, Zane and Mayor Reed. Mayor Reed
announced that no action had been taken.
ADJOURNMENT: At 8: 48 P. M., Counc Ilmember Zane moved to adJ ourn
to 6:30 P.M., Tuesday, January 22nd, to contInue the Closed
SeSSIon beIng held for the purpose of consIderIng a personnel
ma t ter. Second by Ma yor Pro Tempore Jennings. The motion was
approved by the follOWIng vote:
CounCIl Vote: UnanImously approved 4-0
Absent: Councllmembers Conn, Edwards and Epstein
