tion paid in the form of fringe benefits. The Council reconvened at ,
7:50 P.h1, with ali members of the Council present except Councilmember
van den Steenhoven. :+Iayor Bambrick announced that no action h.ad been
taken. Councilmember Reed moved to adjourn the meeting. Second by
Councilmember Rhoden.
