Mayor Pro Tempore Cohen.

to discuss pendlng personnel matters. Second by Councllmember Reed. !

The Councll reconvened wlth all those present named in the roll call. Information distribu-
~[ayor Pro Tempore Cohen said that information had been dlstributed to ted regarmng vacant
Councilmembers regardlng the vacant position of Clty Manager. Council- posltion of Clty
member Reed moved that thlS Special Meeting of the City Councll be : ~fumager
adjourned to a time speclflc of Wednesday, November 8, 1978 at 8:30 P.M.,!
and that adJournment be in honor of Mrs. Barbara Talmi Boisselle, wlfe
of Sgt. BOlsselle of the City Pollce Department, who was kll1ed in a
plane crash, Mr. John Gray, former hnancial consultant for the redevelopt
ment project of the City; Mrs. Pat CeJudo, former supporter and founder I
of Santa Mon~ca College; Mr. Jay Drotman, resident of the community ",ho
was kllled ln a plane crash; and Mr. James Bassett, a retired newspaper
executlve and long-tlme resldent of the Bay area. Second by Councll-
member Bambrick.
Councll Vote' Unanlmously approved 6-0
