A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA AMENDING
BENEFITS FOR THE
POSITION OF CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 The benef~ts accorded to this position shall be
the same as for members of the Executive Pay Plan with the
exception of participation in the performance bonus pool.
With regard to the retiree medical insurance
prov~s~on of the Executive Pay Plan, up to five years of credit ~n
calculat~ng program eligibility shall be g~ven for service in
another publ~c local, state or federal agency.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
~n full force and effect.
