Vv'HEREAS. SecDon 1004.06100 of the Santa MOnIca MUnICIpal Code prOVides
for the estabhshment of CommercIal Landmg fees at Santa MOnIca Alrpon: and
Vv1-IEREAS. SectIon 10.0406.100 of the Santa MOnIca ~1umC1pal Code provIdes
that the landmg fees shall not apply to the use or operation of arrcraft by persons holdmg a
valId operatlons permIt under sectlon 10 04 06 020,
\VHEREAS, SectIOn 10 0406.100 of the Santa MOnIca MuntcIpal code proVIdes
that the landmg fees may be amended by Resolutlon of the Clty CouncIl,
:\OW, TIIEREFORE. mE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF SA!\lA
:\10NICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1 Pursuant to SectIon 100406.100 of the Santa MOnIca MumcIpal Code
the owners or operators of arrcraft operated for commercial purposes shall pay a landing fee
effecnve October 1, 1993 In the followmg amounts:
