A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA ESTABLISHING THE GANN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1993-94
WHEREAS, the Clty Counell lS requlred under the prOV1Slons of
Government Code Seetlon 7910 and Artlcle XIIIS of the Callfornla Constltution
to establ1sh its approprlatlons llmlt by resolution; and
WHEREAS, documentatlon used In the determlnatlon of the
approprlatlons llmlt has been avallable to the publlC for flfteen days prior
to this meetlng as requlred by Government Code Sectlon 7910.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. For purposes of Artlele XIIIS of the Callfornla
ConstltutlOn, the Clty of Santa ~lon1ca appropnatlOns llmlt for the flscal
year 1993-94 shall be $89,036,463.
SECTION 2. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon of the
Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be In full force and
effect.
