WHEREAS, the CI ty CO~:1cll has revIewed and consldered the
co~~ents of the Flna: E~R In lts declslon-maklng process;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN~A
MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
S2CTION 1. The C~ty CouncIl fInds that the CommercIal
Development Standa~ds Program FInal EnVIronmental Impact ~epor~
adequately reVle'.lS and analyzes poterrtlal envlron:::te:1::a::" effects of
the proposed l~~erlm standards.
SECTION 2. ~he Cl~Y Councll ~akes the =ol:owlng
:~:1d~ngs, conslstent Wlt~ Artlc:e VI, Sectlon 12 and 13 of the Clty
of Sar.ta MonIca CEQA GUloellnes a~d Sectlons ::"5091 and 15093 of the
State of CalIfornIa CEQA GJ~dell~es.
(1) The CIty Cou~ClI flnds that tr.e proposed lnterlm
standards are conslstent w~~h t~e Clty'S General Plan.
