A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
A FINAL SUBDIVISION ~~p FOR TRACT NO. 22632
FOR A PROJECT AT 2405 3rd STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution Number 8582 (CCS), adopted May 11,
1993, accepting and approving a final subdivision map for a proj-
ect at 2305 3rd Street is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. That the Final nap for Tract No. 22632 in the
City of Santa Monlca hereby is accepted and approved, for a proj-
ect at 2405 3rd Street.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 4. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
